This student residence is close to the Campus I at Ignaz-Schön-Straße 11 and Campus II at Konrad-Geiger-Straße 2. The closest bus stops are "Florian-Geyer-Straße" (lines 22, 23, 24, 25 and 29) which is approx. 300 m away and "Beethovenstraße" (linie 21) which is approx. 550 m away.
For the beginning of the winter semester 2017/18, all rooms are now rented (as of 12.10.2017).
This residence is primarily available for new foreign participants of the FHWS i-Campus Project.

Built in 1965 the building used to be a furniture store, a student residence and an elderly home. It is rented by the Studentenwerk as of 1 October 2015 until 31 July 2018 for operating a student residence. The ground floor is rented out to the city of Schweinfurt to underage asylum seekers, while the 1st and 2nd floor is primarily intended to accomodate new foreign students of the FHWS i-Campus-Project.
There is no internet access.

The apartment is shared by twelve tenants. Each tenant has an own lockable room with own bathroom (shower/sink/toilet). The twelve residents share a kitchen.
The rental of single rooms within a shared apartment is independent of the gender of the individual residents. Therefore, it is possible, that within a shared apartment, there can be living either men only or women only or men and women together.
The monthly rent of the rooms comprises a basic amount as well as an advance payment of utility charges. A deposit is to be paid. Changes in the rates are reserved. The amounts stated in the rental contract are applicable, whereas adjustments of rent at any time are possible - also before beginning of the contract and moving in.
