We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle) pursuant to the German Verbraucherstreitbeilegungsgesetz (Act on Alternative Dispute Resolution for Consumer Disputes, VSBG).
