Obligation of the agreed consultation appointments

If you are unable to attend the agreed counseling appointment for an important reason, please cancel the appointment in good time!
If appointments are neither kept nor canceled, due to the high demand for the counseling services of the Studierendenwerk Würzburg, a new counseling appointment is possible in four weeks at the earliest.

As a student in Schweinfurt, you can also take advantage of the services offered at our counseling center in Würzburg. Counseling sessions take place every Wednesday, alternating between the BiF and the Mensa am Hubland Süd.Please refer to the current counseling schedule for the consultation times and location. 

Face-to-face appointments are only possible after making a binding appointment by telephone during registration hours. This avoids the long waiting times of the open consultation hours and improves the legal advice process.
