Obligation of the agreed consultation appointments
If you are unable to attend the agreed counseling appointment for an important reason, please cancel the appointment in good time!
If appointments are neither kept nor canceled, due to the high demand for the counseling services of the Studierendenwerk Würzburg, a new counseling appointment is possible in four weeks at the earliest.

Students from Aschaffenburg can also come to the legal advice office in Würzburg (office hours).

- Wednesdays: Free consultation hour by telephone from 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., Tel.: +49 931 8005-500
- Thursdays: Consultation by telephone after scheduling an appointment prior.

As an Aschaffenburg student, you can also take advantage of the services offered at our counseling centers in Würzburg.
On-site appointments in Würzburg take place every Wednesday alternating at BiF or at Hubland in room Nr. 1.011b.For counsulting times and place please refer to the current plan.
Face-to-face appointments are only possible after making a binding appointment by telephone during registration hours. This avoids the long waiting times of the open consultation hours and improves the legal advice process.
